TEAS & TISANES

Tisanes are effectively herbal tea blends with medicinal properties. We blend unique globally-sourced delicate plant and herb parts – usually the flowers, leaves and fruit where the phytoconstituents are present and easily extracted – by our on-site herbalist.

LMS ADAPTOGEN POWDER BLENDS

Adaptogens are a remarkable group of herbs that help us adapt to the stresses of modern life. They encourage a state of balance, increase physical and emotional endurance, build resilience against stress, improve our immune response, and promote longevity.

ADAPTOGEN SINGLE POWDERS

Choose two to three adaptogens that support how you are feeling and where you are in life, and alternate them daily – don’t use the same formula every day for several days.

Allow them to do their job for a few weeks, as the effects most likely won’t be immediate, so allow your body to adjust before you really start examining how you feel.

MUSHROOM POWDERS

Medicinal mushrooms have been used for thousands of years for their health-enhancing benefits. They contain powerful compounds known as beta-glucans, which help to regulate the immune system and support healthy white blood cell activity.
